AGREEMENT

I/We am requesting to defer (skip) my payments for the months selected above. I/We understand that my loan will continue to accrue interest during the months that my payments are being deferred (skipped). I/We understand that accrued finance charges will be collected on my next payment, which may be greater than the principal payment. I/We understand that the original term for my loan may/will be extended because of this request.

I/We understand that my request will be granted if I meet the following requirements:
- Loan is a New or Used Auto Loan or a Signature Loan
- Have made six consecutive monthly payment
- Have had no more than 6 approved deferrals throughout the life of the loan
- Currently or has not enrolled in any other deferral (skip) programs within the past 12 months, which includes the Summer Free Auto Loan program
- Not in a 10-month annual payment schedule
- No legal orders issued within the past twelve (12) months
- Loam term is for 12 or more months
- Loans with ancillary protection option (Guaranteed Auto Protection) do not
- qualify
If I do not meet the requirements, my deferral request will be denied.
