We require at least two weeks’ notice for custom cake orders. Rush orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.

Please share inspirational pictures so we can understand the idea you are going for, you can look in Pinterest or Google for some ideas. Also we will NOT copy another cake decorator's work EXACTLY. We will do something very similar. We will try our best to color match, but exact shades are not guaranteed.

What date do you need this for ?* This field is required.Please keep in mind that we need two weeks notice for any custom cake order. If you need another pick up time please write to us directly on Instagram so we can work something out, also if you need the cake for a Sunday or Monday you could pick up the cake on Saturday. If the customer doesn’t show up at the time that we agreed on the order will be canceled. No REFUND! WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS. Thanks for reading!

Terms and Conditions* This field is required.Order Policy Please read the following carefully before placing your order: Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders. You will have 24 hours to submit your deposit or full payment after receiving your quote. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, your order will be automatically cancelled. Deposit must be sent through Cash App, Venmo or Apple Pay; we don't accept cash. Pick-Up Policy: Orders must be collected at the agreed-upon time and date. You have a 10-minute window to pick up your order. We cannot guarantee availability outside of this window. Late Pick-Ups: A $20 late fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past your scheduled pick-up time. Late fees must be paid in full before your order can be released. The total remaining balance (including any late fees) must be settled through Cash App or Apple Pay before we hand over your cake. Failure to complete payment at the time of pick-up will result in us withholding your order. No exceptions. No Shows & Cancellations: We do not offer credits, refunds, or exchanges for orders not picked up on time. Your order will be cancelled if you do not show up at the scheduled time, and your deposit will be forfeited.
