Guest Appearance Waiver and Rights Agreement

By submitting this form and agreeing to appear on the podcast, should you be selected, you hereby grant Susan E. Guthrie, LLC, its affiliates, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to record, use, publish, stream, sell, and distribute your voice, image, name, and other likeness associated with your appearance. This includes, but is not limited to, all audio, video, digital, or other recordings made during your participation.

You agree that Susan E. Guthrie, LLC shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to the content produced, and may use it in any manner or media without any obligation to you, including without limitation, any form of advertising or promotion. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation for your participation and that you will not receive any royalty share from any revenues generated by the content.

This agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns and inures to the benefit of Susan E. Guthrie, LLC, its successors, and assigns. You affirm that you are over the age of majority and have the full legal capacity to execute this release and agree to these terms.

Confirmation and Consent

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You acknowledge that this agreement is made voluntarily and without any duress or undue influence on the part and behalf of Susan E. Guthrie, LLC.
