Your Booth Size Will Be A 8x5 Space. This event will be held outdoors. You and your entire booth must fit inside of your 8x5 space. No electricity or Wi-Fi provided. Booth fees must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email, otherwise you forfeit your space. Fee can be paid via the invoice we send to your email. We will use the email provided on this application. Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason.*

Disclaimer: it is very difficult finding nearby parking, arrive with plenty of time. Account for traffic, parking and hauling your items. There unfortunately is no drive up available due to the plazas policy’s. Keep in mind you will not be able to drive up to unload. Anyone showing up after 1:45 PM will not be allowed to setup and will automatically forfeit their fee. Showing up to the event after 1:45pm will result in a 1 event penalization. If you cancel for any reason within 24hrs of the event you will automatically forfeit your fee. Canceling for any reason within 24hrs of the event will result in a 3 event penalization. Once your penalization period is up, you will be considered for attendance again.*
