    Your state association may appoint anyone they like as your Member Representative. Your Member Representative differs from your directors primarily with regard to their fiduciary duty. Your Member Representative may be one of your Directors or an NVFC member of your choosing, for example, your president, your executive director, or your secretary/treasurer.
