Project Information

The Ashley for the Arts Grant will support a specific project being designed, built or funded by the organization submitting the application
Provide project details, including the background of the project, the objective, location, audience and long term plan of the project.*
What is the project timeline (start date to estimated completion date)?*
Describe the project budget - expenses, fundraising, barriers, current funds, or any other budget information. *
Total grant amount requesting (not to exceed $10,000) - provide breakdown of supplies and any other expenses. *
If the total project expenses are more than $10,000, how is the remainder of the expenses being paid? Please include a complete breakdown of costs.*
If your project requires contracted work, please include a formal bid.

Ashley for the Arts, Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the grant program at anytime. This includes the right to adjust the total amount awarded to the project after reviewing the application. The grant money must be used towards the specific project applied for and the organization will be required to provide documentation of expenses. If the awarded project scope changes, Ashley for the Arts is to be notified of changes and will reevaluate the project. If changes are found to no longer be relevant to the mission of Ashley for the Arts or the project in its entirety dissolves, the awarding organization will be required to return the grant money to Ashley for the Arts.
