Media Release & Confidentiality Agreement:

MEDIA RELEASE:
I give full permission to James Terry Collective to use my  name and image in any aspect in relation to and relevant to this production of The Boys in the Band, and the company James Terry Collective. I understand that any process of this production may be filmed and photographed, and I give my permission to use these recordings in all media including print, broadcast, radio, and social media, to promote The Boys in the Band, or the company James Terry Collective at any stage or after the production has concluded.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY:

I understand and agree to maintain this confidentiality agreement for anything in relation to the production of The Boys in the Band, and James Terry Collective. I agree to keep all aspects of the production confidential, including conversations in person or online, contracts or documents, audition information, show materials, or intellectual property. I agree that this includes the auditions progress, and casting decisions.

 

INSURANCE:

James Terry Collective offers public liability insurance, and Workcover, for activities that take place within the rehearsal space and theatre. I agree that any ilness or injury outside of these parameters is at my own risk and therefore take full responsibility for any illnesses, accidents, and injuries that may occur, and that James Terry Collective will not be held liable.
