6.1 Overall approach
Provide details of the support process for candidates in relation to the production of case studies, the assignment and panel presentation. Reference the L3 Programme brochure, the L3 web pages. Consultants should also refer to the L3 Consultant Process Summary
6.2 L3 Advisors
Provide the name(s) of the company’s proposed Level 3 Advisors and supply information concerning their credentials that will enable them to execute the role effectively. This should focus on aspects such as overall lean implementation experience, depth of lean knowledge, experience as a coach/mentor, and interfacing with senior managers. Download a L3 Advisor biographical template from the main forms page and upload the completed document in both 6.3
