  • Family Drop in sessions - October Half Term 2024

    Free play style sessions with access to the whole gym apart from the trampolines. Thursday 31st October and Friday 1st November. Now 2 hours long! 9-11am.
  • £6.50 per session, per child

    Loyalty cards are available and stamps to collect at React! *Suitable for children aged 12 months - 10 years. Please scroll down to find dates required.
  • Participants must wear suitable sports clothing with no zips, buckles or jeans. Socks must be removed or non slip socks can be worn. You will be refused entry if unsuitable clothing is worn and you will not be refunded.

    Please no face paint.

  • Informed Consent and Acknowledgement
    I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by React Club CIC during the selected drop in session. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by React Club CIC, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless React Club CIC. and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected drop in sessions.
    In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against React Club CIC. including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
    GYMNASTS
    No carbonated drinks are to be brought into the training area and all drinks must be away from equipment and placed in the allocated positions.  React encourage the use of water rather than sugar based drinks as a healthy option and to prevent dehydration.
    All litter is to be placed in the bins before leaving the session.
    All training equipment to be returned to its original position and treated with respect at all times to minimise damage or wear and injury.
    All hair must be tied back and secured using suitable hair bands and ties.  Long hair must be appropriately tied up for the sessions.
    Clothing and appearance are important both to the safety of the performer and to uphold the standards at the club.
    To be appropriately dressed for training sessions as follows:
    DRESS CODE POLICY
    Preferred dress code is Leotard however should you not have a leotard then lycra style shorts or leggings and tight fitting top.  No buttons or zips are allowed on the equipment.
    React follow British Gymnastics no jewellery policy. Any jewellery that cannot be removed must be taped prior to attending.
    MEDICAL
    Please insure that the lead coach is aware of any medical needs that may require intervention during the session(s) such as inhalers etc.  Should gymnasts feel unwell or have had sickness within the last 48 hrs please do NOT allow your gymnasts to attend and notify the club immediately.
    Gymnasts should not attend the session(s) if they have recently sustained an injury that may effect the safety of their training session.
