I understand that it will be my responsibility to provide any necessary tent, table, chairs and or lighting for my booth. There will be no electricity available, this is an outdoor event. Security for the items in the vendor's booth is the sole responsibility of the vendor. A booth space will be assigned to the vendor the day of the event. If you pre-register for the event before August 15th then the Booth Space cost is $25. After that Aug 15th Booth Space will be $30 and is payable to Chasing Sunsets Inc. The rental fee is non- refundable.
In addition to the registration fee, we would like each vendor to please contribute an item for our silent auction.
The Car show will take place on Saturday, September 13th from 9:00am-5:00pm. Vendors can start setting up at 8:00 am. Please DO NOT begin tearing down your booth until after all awards and presentations are over. Awards will begin at 3pm.
I hereby release and forever discharge Chasing Sunset Inc and their volunteers from any responsibility, claims, loss, or damage while at the show.
