Quantum Photo Booths Rental Form

Set up and operation of a photo booth at the event. Provision of props and backdrops as agreed upon. Unlimited sessions for event attendees. Instant sharing of video. Digital copies of all photos taken during the event via a link.

This contract is entered into between the undersigned client and Quantum Photo Booths, the provider of photo booth services . Both parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Client agrees to pay Quantum Photo Booths the total amount agreed for the services outlined in this Agreement. A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due upon signing this Agreement with in 72 hours, with the remaining balance payable no later than a week before event. Additional hours may be requested during the event at an hourly rate. (Retainer must be send through Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo)

Company agrees to set up the photo booth at the designated event location at least one hour before the start time of the event. The photo booth setup will include a backdrop(if required), lighting, camera equipment, and props. Company shall ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. Any technical issues that arise during the event will be promptly addressed by the Companies team. Please note, we may need to shut down for some minutes for maintenance and adjustments. No refunds will be given for small adjustments and maintenance, however additional time can be discussed if needed.

Company agrees to provide Photo Booth services for the duration specified in the contract. The services will include unlimited sessions during this time with digital delivery of videos and/or pictures taken. Company will ensure a professional and courteous attendant is present to assist guests with the experience.

All videos and photos taken by the photo booth remain the property of the Company. The Client shall receive a license to use and reproduce the photos for personal purposes only. The Client agrees not to sell or distribute the photos for commercial gain without the companies written consent. Company retains the right to use the photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio displays.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the photo booth and photos. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury or damage to property caused by guests while using the photo booth.

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide internet access for the photo booth, allowing guests to instantly share their photos via social media platforms. However, the Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free internet access due to factors beyond their control.

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the retainer will not be refunded. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event will require payment of the full agreed-upon fee.

The client agrees that they will be fully responsible for any damage to the Photo Booth equipment or accessories provided by Quantum Photo Booths during the event, caused by themselves, their guests, or any other individuals in attendance. Client will be responsible to pay for any damages or stolen equipment during the event. Client may be responsible to pay for any loss work due to broken or stolen equipment.

The client is responsible for ensuring that Quantum Photo Booths has full and unobstructed access to the event venue at least 1 hours before the scheduled start time of the event for the setup and testing of the Photo Booth. If the venue has any specific access requirements or restrictions, these must be communicated to Quantum Photo Booths in advance.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, tornadoes, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. In such an event, both parties shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or services.
