Test Request Setup Form

Use this form if you are an SME accredited organisation and you want to: 1) set up a brand new test, or 2) deploy a previously used test, or 3) amend a test in progress.
Instructions

Before you start completing this form, you will need the below information:

For a new test
1. The start and end date for the test window
2. Have a list of the name and emails of the candidates who are taking the test
3. Have a set of questions you would like uploaded (if in another language, all checks must be done and confirmed as we will upload exactly what is provided)
4. Know the level(s) that this test aligns to
5. Provide the pass mark (66% or above)
6. Provide the time given for the test
For a test we have administered before, we will not need answers to points 3-6. unless that information has changed.

We must be provided with this form 2 weeks prior to the start date, to give us time to both upload the test, and notify the candidates of the login procedure. Please use the template on the forms page to submit the questions/answers.

We may be able to facilitate test requests submitted with less notice, but this is not guaranteed.

An allowance of one minute per question is recommended for a typical four option multiple choice question. It could be longer for candidates whose native language differs from the test questions language, or for special needs, such as dyslexia.
2.10 How many questions should appear in this test?
We recommend the number of questions is related to the complexity of the questions, though for LCS level 1 the expectation is for reasonably straightforward questions – Note that a typical 1b/c test would have multiple choice 40 - 50 questions.
