Victoria Alys Diana Stefan's legacy is celebrated and preserved through the creation of a memorial scholarship in her honor. This scholarship supports young leaders who embody the same spirit that defined Victoria—a zest for life, compassion for others, and a drive to make meaningful contributions to the world around them. By enabling students to pursue their dreams, the scholarship reflects Victoria’s deep love for people, her adventurous spirit, and her unwavering belief in the potential of others.

Her parents, William and Eva Stefan, have been steadfast supporters of Leadership Initiatives. Through their involvement, they continue to see Victoria’s vibrant energy reflected in the students who participate in the program. These students, brimming with ambition and creativity, remind the Stefans of Victoria’s boundless enthusiasm and commitment to personal growth.

Purpose:
The Victoria Stefan Leadership & Business Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to honoring Victoria's legacy by providing a full scholarship for aspiring leaders in business and entrepreneurship. This scholarship aims to support high school students who embody Victoria's passion for innovation, integrity, and community service. It is designed for those who aspire to make a meaningful impact in the business world while uplifting their communities. Through this opportunity, recipients will gain valuable skills and experiences that empower them to lead with purpose and drive positive change.

Eligibility:
The Victoria Stefan Leadership & Business Memorial Scholarship is open to top students who are interested in pursuing a career in business. One annual scholarship recipient will be chosen based on academic and personal merit.

Deadline:
The Victoria Stefan Leadership & Business Memorial Scholarship applications must be received no later than January 25th, 2024.

Scholarship Award:
The Victoria Stefan Leadership & Business Memorial Scholarship will award one student full tuition to attend the International Leadership & Business Internship at Georgetown University for one of the following sessions:

• June 29th - July 5th, 2025
• July 6th - July 12th, 2025
• July 13th - July 19th, 2025
• July 27th - August 2, 2025

The Stefan Scholarship Fund will also award ten partial scholarships.
