This form is the official channel for reporting any concerns regarding member behavior and conduct within our SHPE community. This form is monitored during events.
Whether the incident occurred locally or at a SHPE-hosted event, such as the National Convention, we encourage you to use this form to provide a detailed account of the behavior in question. Your report will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly, with the utmost respect for confidentiality and a commitment to upholding our community standards.
