1. THE BOSTON BIRDING FESTIVAL and its PARTNER Organizations (organizers) and its directors, staff, volunteers, etc. are not responsible for damages or liability that may arise from your participation in any of our programs.
2. You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct and ABA Birding Ethics when you participate in any Boston Birding Festival programming.
3. You understand and accept that all outdoor activities come with some risks while we do our best to point these out, we do not control outdoor spaces you may be in and agree that we are not liable for any harm or injury you may experience.
4. You agree to use your best judgment when it comes to your safety and the safety of your fellow participants.
5. Any information maps, directions, and resources we may provide are a public service without warranties of any kind.
6. You agree that we can’t guarantee that birds will show up on any trip you participate in.
7. We disclaim any liability for any accident, loss, injury, inconvenience, or any other damages that may be sustained by anyone participating in our events.
8. We may provide suggestions or advice during a program but you acknowledge and fully accept you are responsible for all choices you make.
9. You are solely responsible for using your judgment in interpreting and utilizing any
information we provide to safely participate in any event or program we organize.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision will be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this agreement shall remain operative and binding on the parties.
