During this 1.5-hour virtual workshop, we'll cover:
- Overall growth strategy when marketing small businesses: how acquisition and retention interact, common pitfalls when trying to grow, and best practices for understanding efficiency/effectiveness.
- Common marketing metrics that small businesses should be tracking, ex. CPA, LTV, CTR, ROAS, etc (aka what all those abbreviations mean).
- The formula for understanding how much money and effort to invest in advertising, email marketing cadences and strategy, and website flows optimized for customer experience.
- A Q&A session (final 30 minutes)
This workshop is best suited to small businesses working in a Shopify or equivalent e-commerce environment. We'll cover the foundations of marketing strategy, digital advertising, website optimization, and email marketing.
