Session Volunteers - If you are scheduled to volunteer You MUST notify the HETRA Volunteer Coordinator phone either by calling or texting 402-669-1504 if one of the two conditions exist:
-You are filling out this form within 48 hours prior to your shift.
-It is after noon on Friday for a weekend shift.
Barn Maintenance Volunteers - If you are scheduled to volunteer You MUST notify the HETRA Facility Manager phone either by calling or texting 402-690-1069 if one of the two conditions exist:
-You are filling out this form within 48 hours prior to your shift.
If neither of these conditions exist please proceed with filling out this form - no further action is required.
