Retreat Contract
To honor the deep heart work and connection we'll be doing, we ask that guests refrain from alcohol and drugs during the retreat. You won't need anything to alter your state. This experience will elevate you naturally, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and more alive than ever.
This Retreat Contract is made effective as of the day of (signature below) by and between SoulRise Enterprise, LLC a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, herein referred to as the "Company." The retreat known as the SOUL Secrets Beach Retreat is being organized by Carli B. Webb and Kirstin Hebert in their official roles as retreat coordinators and hosts on behalf of SoulRise Enterprise, LLC. All transactions, policies, and responsibilities are governed by the Company and not by any individual facilitator. SoulRise Enterprise, LLC is the entity organizing the retreat, and (Your Name Below) ("Participant"), collectively referred to as "the Parties".
Preamble
WHEREAS, Carli Webb and Kirstin Hebert hosting a retreat titled SOUL Secrets Beach Retreat aimed at providing educational workshops, art experiences, wellness services, yoga, mentorship, somatic breathwork and vibrational sound bowl experiences in an environment conducive to learning, reflection, and engagement; WHEREAS, the Partcipant wishes to attend this Retreat to engage in activities designed to promote personal growth, wellness, and community building under the terms specifed herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideraton of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the Parties agree to the following enhanced terms:
1. Retreat Details
1.1 The Retreat will be held from September 19th-22nd 2025 in Crystal Beach,TX. The Venue offers amenites such as an outdoor kitchen space/living area, wifi, fire pit and hot tub that is beachfront which is available to Participants as part of the retreat package.
2.0 Fees and Payment Policy
2.1 The total fee for attending the Retreat ranges from $1100.00 per person to $3000.00 depending on the room size selected, which covers all scheduled activities, meals, and lodging, door prizes and goody bags and facilitators teaching materials and time. Additonal fees may apply for personalized sessions that will be specific to the practitioner and disclosed in person as an optional add on.
2.3 Payment Schedule: To secure your spot for the SOUL Secrets Beach Retreat, participants must either:
*Pay in full at the time of the registration, or *Finance the full retreat cost through our approved third party provider at the time of booking.
3. Inclusions
3.1 The fee includes accommodations (as per selected package), all scheduled meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and partcipation in all group activities. 3.2 The Retreat will also provide complimentary use of (yoga mats, workshop materials.)
4. Exclusions
4.1 The fee does not include personal expenses such as travel to and from the Retreat, airfare, personal care items or itinerary, or any unscheduled activities.
5. Retreat Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Due to the intimate and high-touch nature of our retreats, all payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (and at least 45 days before the retreat): You may request a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.
Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat: a $500.00 credit from your payment may be transferred to a future SOUL Secrets retreat or event (must be used within 12 months).
Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat: No refunds or transfers. Your spot has been fully reserved, and we are unable to reallocate accommodations, meals, or materials.
No-shows, travel delays, or early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
6. Cancellation by Organizer
6.1 The Retreat Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Retreat due to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, or other situations that would make the event non-viable. If such a cancellation occurs, all registrations will be transferred to a future retreat date or credited to a future SOUL Secrets event.
7. Accommodations
7.1 Accommodation options are one King Bedroom Suite (shared bed) with en suite bathroom, Queen Beds (2) (Shared Room), Four Double Bunks (Shared Room), Queen bed in bunkroom (shared room), four single bunks (shared room).
7.2 Any damages to the room or facility caused by the Participant must be paid for by the Participant.
8. Conduct and Safety
8.1 Participants must comply with all local laws and Venue regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the Retreat without a refund.
8.2 The Retreat Organizer is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, gossip, alcohol or recreational drug use at the retreat or an disruption or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
9. Liability Waiver
9.1 Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in, acknowledging that they are participating in the Retreat at their own risk and releasing the Retreat Organizer from liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
10. Health and Safety
10.1 Prior to arrival, Participants must complete a health questionnaire to inform the Retreat Organizer of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may require special accommodations.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All program materials provided during the Retreat are proprietary and copyrighted by the Carli Webb and Kirstin Hebert or its partners. Participants are not permitted to copy or distribute materials without explicit permission.
12. Confidentiality
12.1 The nature of some Retreat actvities may require Participants to share personal experiences. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by others during these sessions. Sharing of personal, confidential information will result in not being able to attend future retreats.
13. Media Release
13.1 Participants grant the Retreat Organizer the right to use photographs or video recordings of the Retreat for future promotional purposes. Participants may opt out of this clause by providing written notice prior to the start of the Retreat.
14. Travel Insurance
14.1 It is highly recommended that Participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance, such as medical emergencies or travel disruptions.
15. Amendments
15.1 Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal agreement or promise shall be considered binding.
16. Entry Agreement
16.1 This document, including any attachments and appendices, constitutes the entry agreement between the Parties regarding the Retreat and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
17. Signatures
Each Party acknowledges that they are entering into an agreement with SoulRise Enterprise, LLC and not with any individual or host and have read and understood this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions by signing below:
