I acknowledge and accept that I have reviewed and understood all of the relevant RTO reference documents including the Student Handbook and refund policy that are found on the AlertForce website (www.alertforce.com.au) on the RTO Documents page.

I understand AlertForce will not claim training funding on my behalf and I will need to register with Keystone Tasmania to be eligible program. I will need to make a personal or business claim directly for the costs associated with this program at least 3 days before the course starts. I understand that my preferred training date is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

I acknowledge and accept that I will be allocated the next available training date if one is not nominated. I understand I will have the opportunity to change this date should it not be suitable a maximum of 1 time.
