Owner hereby agrees to rent to the renter the following vehicle

The below clauses form the foundation of the vehicle rental, read carefully and if you agree TICK the box at the END. By checking these boxes you are agreeing to our terms & conditions of keeping & caring of our motor vehicle rented & are liable to repair any damages or replace unit if stolen while in your custody - should you have any questions Ask before clicking SUBMIT.

The Parties agrees that this Agreement terminates upon the End Date specified above. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any Exhibits, either Party may terminate this Agreement prior to the End Date with at least one (1) day notice. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the End Date, the Parties will work together to determine whether a refund of Rental Fees is necessary. If the renter wishes to extend their hire period, they must contact the place of hire and obtain prior approval to ensure the vehicle is not otherwise booked. The extended period must be paid in advance in order to comply with our terms and conditions of hire and for continued insurance cover. 

The Renter agrees that all drivers must be 21 years or older and hold a full manual/auto drivers licence. No ‘L’, ‘P’ or 'E' plate licence holders due to insurance purposes.

All vehicles must be returned in a clean and presentable condition. If the vehicle is returned dirty and/or there is cigarette or unpleasant odours in the cab, a cleaning fee will be charged a cleaning fee.

The Renter hereby warrants to Owner that Renter possess car insurance that covers personal injury to Renter or other persons as well as the Vehicle and the property of others. The Renter in the event of an accident will be required to pay an excess of $2,000. Single Accident Liability, this is an additional $2,000 excess that is not waiver able and relates to where another driver or vehicle cannot be identified. Permissible weight loading’s are exceeded or overhead and/or underbody damage incurred. This excess is also applicable if the vehicle is impounded. The vehicle does not cover anything that is being towed by the vehicle. The vehicle is NOT covered for windscreen damage while in the possession of the Renter. In the event of a damaged windscreen it is the responsibility of the Rent to repair the windscreen.

The renter is responsible for any tyre and/or windscreen damage that occurs whilst the vehicle is in the renter’s possession and will be responsible for the payment to fix/replace any damaged tyres or windscreens.

Regardless of insurance coverage, Renter shall fully indemnify the Owner for any loss, damage, and legal actions, including reasonable legal fees that Owner suffers due to Renter’s use of Vehicle during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to, damage to the Vehicle, damage to the property of others, injury to Renter, and injury to others. This provision survives the termination of this Agreement.

All hires need to pay a deposit on a credit/debit-credit account only on commencement of hire. The credit card holder must be present to sign for the credit card on commencement of hire and will need to be present with the same credit card on completion of hire in order to refund the deposit. Standard deposit for hire is $1,000, unless otherwise agreed. - $500.00. Balance of $500 if UTE is damaged

All vehicles must be refueled to the same level when taken. E.g. Hired with full tank, return with full tank. Sighting of your fuel receipt will be requested to ensure vehicle has been refueled with correct grade of fuel. If hirer does not refuel, additional charges will be incurred.

The Owner represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that the Vehicle is in sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects that would affect its safe operation under normal use.

The Renter agrees that Renter will not (a) use the Vehicle to carry any passengers other than Renter; (b) allow any other person to operate the Vehicle; (c) operate the Vehicle in violation of any laws or for an illegal purpose and that if Renter does, Renter is responsible for all associated, tickets, fines, and fees; (d) use the Vehicle to push or tow another vehicle; (e) use the Vehicle for any race or competition; (f) operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.

The renter is responsible for all toll charges, speeding fines, parking fines and redlight camera infringements.
