8. Case Studies & Certification Fee Payment
You can submit your two case studies separately via the APLE L3 Case Study 1 and 2 forms on the My LCS main forms page.

Please submit these two case studies as soon as possible. Once we have received payment for the APLE application, we will begin the review of all 3 forms. This will be sent out via invoice, but there will be a few payment options available.
