  • The Glennville Chamber of Commerce presents the annual

"Glennville Celebration of the Christmas Season"

    Friday, December 4th 4-7PM

    Downtown Barnard St. in Glennville

Free Entry to the Festival Area. Food and Vendor costs will vary.

We invite local vendors of food, drinks, arts, and crafts, as well as games or activities for the whole family, to join us as we kick off the holiday season together as a community.

Downtown businesses are encouraged to stay open a little later and open their doors to festival attendees as well. *Businesses applying for the space directly in front of their building will be given first priority for spacing of vendors.

Glennville's first ever Lighted Christmas Parade, hosted by the Glennville Chamber's Junior Board will begin at 6:30 PM in the Glennville Auditorium parking lot, and proceed up S. Tillman St. to Barnard, making a left to "officially" begin on Barnard St. and proveed through the festival from the Glennwanis Hotel down to Hwy 301. At Hwy 301, a police escort will guide the parade one short block north on Hwy 301, then turning right onto Mann St. to end the parade. All parade entry donations will go directly to the "Fill-a-Truck" fundraiser and help provide Christmas gifts for local children in need.

  • PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION:

The deadline for applications is Friday, November 13th, or whenever spaces fill up, whichever comes first. However, the sooner you reserve your booth, the better chance of being approved, better chance of receiving your preferred placement, as well as the more publicity you will receive in promotions of the event.

Set-up may begin at 3 PM on the day of the event as soon as Barnard St. is closed to through traffic. All items MUST stay out of the road until that time, NO exceptions. Booths and all items may only come 2 feet in front of the parking space line at any time during the event to allow for parade and festival traffic.

Roads will re-open promptly at 8 PM. All items must be picked up and off the road before that time, including ALL trash. Failure to pick up trash and leave your booth area as you found it may jeopardize your chances to participate in future events.

All that is provided is your booth space, no electricity or lighting (besides street lights). If you require electricity and/or additional lighting, you may bring a SMALL, QUIET generator to use behind your booth. If bringing a generator, please notate that in the "Notes" section above.

No Refunds will be given for any reason. This is a “rain or shine” event, so we will continue in the case of moderate weather. If the event is fully canceled or rescheduled for any reason, booth locations may be honored on the rescheduled date, or a credit may be issued for a future event, at the discretion of event staff.

Once you have completed all information and payment, please click "Submit" below. The Glennville Chamber will receive a copy, as well as you should receive a receipt and copy of your form.
