A biography and professional-quality photograph must be submitted for state and regional director positions. Each candidate for a position must have an active membership.
DEADLINE to submit this form: January 7, 2026.
Please Note: Regional directors cannot come from the same county within a region.
For the regions that have two director positions listed, the individual with the highest number of votes will serve in the position's longest term, and the individual with the second highest number of votes, who is from a different local, will serve in the position's shorter term.

Biographies and photographs of candidates for the president, vice president, treasurer, and regional directors will be published on the NCAE website. Submit this form and the biographical form via Jotform or by certified mail to Malika Butler, 3700 Glenwood Avenue, Suite #510, Raleigh, NC 27612 postmarked no later than Wednesday, January 7, 2026. The deadline to withdraw or change a nomination is Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The wthdrawal statement must be in writing and submitted to ncaeelections@ncae.org.
