The Pathfinder Award aims to celebrate a newer underrepresented narrator with around 1-10 titles who has shown great potential for their future audiobook work. The Trailblazer Award celebrates similar new narrators with compelling commitment to audiobook narration.

The winner of the Pathfinder Award will receive a $1000 prize, a trophy, and a year of marketing support.

Winners of the Trailblazer Award will receive a year of industry supporting including free coaching, business consultation, and more.
