- An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event
- You are responsible for your own set up and clean up
- Set Up begins no earlier than 4:30 PM / Must be set up by 5:15 PM
- The Oroville Police Department, Oroville CARES Coalition, Frontier Foods, and any other business near the event will NOT be liable for accidents
- Check in with Traci Neal when you arrive at the venue for parking instructions
