The purpose of the 100 Club is to raise funds for our club and all to have a bit of a fun in the process.

How does the YM 100 Club work? (Full rules attached)

The 100 club is open to all members, guests and friends over 16 years. Ipswich YM RUFC hold a 'small society lotteries' licence no. L&A 2145 under which the lottery is conducted. You can have more than one number if desired, but each number costs £5. Participants pay by bank standing order for each number held. The numbers are allocated between 1 & 100 by the 100 Club team. Every month, all year round, a draw is held with no less than 50% of the monthly income being paid out within three cash prizes.

All you need to do is complete and sign the attached membership form and Standing Order mandate for £5 a month or £60 per year (for each number)

Funds raised by the 100 club will be used for clubhouse and grounds improvement projects, and provision of training / first aid equipment for use throughout the club.

1. For a cost of £5 per month you will be allocated one number between 1 and 100. (You can hold as many numbers as you wish)

2. A draw will be made every month with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd cash prize.

3. The prizes will total no less than 50% of the annual income.

4. This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 30%, 2nd prize of 15% and 3rd prize of 5% for 11 out of 12 months.

5. The prizes for December will be higher with 80% paid out with 1st prize of 50%, 2nd prize of 20% and 3rd prize of 10% of the monthly income.

6. Winnings will be sent via bank transfer from the club account so the winners each month shall be emailed and invited to identify their bank details for this. It is therefore important to keep the 100 Club informed of any changes to your

8. Payments must be made by standing order. One month's notice is required for cancellation.

9. Member's numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.

10. If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.

11. The draw shall be made by a member of the 100 Club team in the presence of at least one witness.

14. Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the YM 100 Club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.
