I acknowledge that my son will be participating in the 2024 Boys High School Convention hosted by the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of the Southern United States. I am aware that the clergy and event organizers will take all necessary precautions to ensure my son's safety. I hereby accept full responsibility for any unforeseen accidents that may occur during his participation in the convention.

Furthermore, I guarantee that my son has been properly instructed to adhere to the guidelines and regulations set forth by the clergy, event organizers, and convention staff. I understand that I will be held responsible for any property damage caused by my son during the convention.

It is also understood that the convention registration fee must be submitted along with the application for registration.

Cancellation Policy:

All registrations for the convention are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with planning and organizing the convention.
