ABOUT ECO PERIOD

Eco Period began in 2018, it was founded by me, Dani, I am a Mum of two boys, aged 9 and 11. My boys are my why, they are why I do what I do. They have driven me to strive to be the best version of myself and to keep pushing myself to achieve new personal and business goals.

Eco Period came to me after I myself transitioned from being a long term tampon user, to firstly a menstrual cup, and then on to trying period undies. The ones I started with were not that comfortable and so I set out to design my own, first by making the inserts and sewing them into regular underwear, and later with a finished prototype, I launched Eco Period with a range of three different types of 'Orgaknix' organic cotton period undies, the first of their kind worldwide.

Since our genesis, we have grown our range to over 150 products, including the Invisi seamless range, Luxe Lingerie, Period Swimwear and also Teen specific styles designed for growing bodies.

Our undies and swimwear are designed not only for periods, but for light bladder incontinence, leaks and drips. From supporting this niche of users, we later launched our yoni support products, including the Love Stone yoni eggs, kegel balls and yoni steam herbs.

Eco Period is premised on a passion for supporting women and young women to flow freely and without compromise, in comfort and safety and in touch with their menstrual cycle. Yes our products allow you to keep doing the things you love all cycle long, but we also encourage giving yourself permission to rest through your period and truly honour this time of reflection and release.

Brand Rep Agreement for Eco Period Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 54 641 313 831)By agreeing to this contract, the Brand Representative ("you") enters into a collaborative agreement with Eco Period Australia P/L ("Company"). The terms outlined below define the expectations, benefits, and responsibilities of both parties. Duration: This agreement begins on 10.11.2024 and concludes on 10.01.2025, lasting an initial term of 3 months. 1. Expectations 1.a. Champion Eco Period by promoting the brand genuinely on personal social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok. 1.b. Share high-quality images and videos of our products. 1.c. Engage with our online community by sharing product announcements, promotions, and events. 1.d. Represent the brand beyond digital platforms, sharing with family, friends, and personal networks. 1.e. Refrain from slandering or misrepresenting Eco Period in any manner. 1.f. Abstain from promoting other brands selling the same or similar products to those sold by Eco Period during the tenure of this agreement. 1.g. Engage actively within the online membership platform "Eco Period Australia Community" and its private Facebook community. Participation involves sharing experiences, providing product feedback, and assisting new members with queries about The Play Card Co products. 2. Content Posting Requirements: 2.a. Four Instagram reels per month are required, roughly resulting in one post per week. These may be of Eco Period products being worn and used, flat lay videos, or references to the products or Eco Period content. 2.b. Use recognisable elements of Eco Period in your posts such as the product or branding. 2.c. Always tag @ecoperiodau and include the hashtag #ecoperiod in posts. 2.d. Ensure that Eco Period is the primary brand featured and promoted in posts related to the agreement. 2.e. Share and retain promotional announcements and events on your Instagram feed for at least 24 hours. 2.f. Provide Eco Period with access to all original photos or videos for potential promotional use (google drive link will be shared). 2.g. Share at least one post per month within the "Eco Period Australia" Facebook community, showcasing your use of Eco Period products or sharing tips, tricks & insights related to them. This can be content re-shared from instagram posts. 3. Benefits to Brand Representative: 3.a. Receive one package per month containing current products during the contract term. 3.b. Receive free access to our exclusive online membership Eco Period Community and it's private Facebook community. 3.c. Enjoy our support in enhancing your online presence. 3.d. Receive a 30% discount using the code EPREP30 for personal purchases. 3.e. Receive a 10% discount code for your family, friends and followers. 3.f. Gain early access or exclusive information about upcoming product launches or events. 4. Exclusivity: 4.a. Do not promote other activity card brands during this agreement's duration. 4.b. Include other products in posts, but do not actively promote them within Eco Period-focused content without prior approval. 5. Termination: 5.a. Eco Period reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Brand Representative does not adhere to the terms. If terminated, any merchandise given must be returned to the Company at the Brand Representative's expense or an equivalent payment made. Acknowledgment: By signing below, both parties agree to uphold their responsibilities as outlined in this Brand Representative Agreement.
