We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer full-time position from 30 to 40 hours per week.

The Mission of a Junior Media Buyer

Become a vital part of our performance team by supporting media buyers with any task at hand. Free up time for senior media buyers so that they can focus on needle-moving activities that would grow our clients.

⭐️ Main Success-KPI:

- Time freed up for Senior Media Buyers

- Average response and task execution time is an average of 60 minutes

- Reduction of low-level problems was solved without the need for a senior media buyer.

Responsibilities 📋

- Execute tasks delegated to you by the founder based on importance and priority

- Any problems and challenges that arise are dealt with with maximum independence according to the guidance.

- Finish the new tasks you get as soon as possible, and make sure you do them with attention to detail.

- 1-3-1 Rule: Every time you have ONE problem, come up with at least THREE well-thought-out solution proposals and choose ONE preferred solution.

- Upload creatives and launch tests in the Facebook ads manager.

- Filling out weekly and monthly reports and communication with the client

- Daily async communication with the Founder to discuss all important points that need to be addressed - make sure to minimize communication after if not emergency
