This is a pre-registration form, no payment or official registration. Please read through the information and if you have a team or group interested please submit below. Once we have gathered interest we will then contact you about complete registration for you team and members.

⏰ Provisional Weekly Kick Off Times - 4 spaces on each day for both age groups

- Matchday 2 - Friday 6 December
- Matchday 3 - Friday 13 December
- Finals - Friday 20 December

In order for an age group to go ahead, 4 teams is required, should this quota not be reached, we will use our discretion to amalgamate age groups or move teams into the most suitable age group.

ℹ️ Tournament Format
- 4x Teams per age group
- 1x Round weekly
- Round Robin in groups of 4
- Group Stage - 40 minute games (2x 20 mins) weekly
- Winner is determined by Finals round
- Finals Stage - Semi Final & Grand Final are 20 minute games
- Qualfied referees
- U11 - U13
- 7v7
- Futsal Goals
- Squads of 8 min, 10 max

Should you wish to enter your club into every age group you can!
All teams will be required to be available to play one game, weekly.
Refunds will not be provided at any stage unless a replacement team is secured.
