    We have read and understood our H&S responsibilities as detailed in the Health & Safety Information section of the manual, taken note of the most common areas of risk and will ensure all reasonable precautions are taken to eliminate or reduce such risks. We accept our responsibilities as detailed in the Health and Safety section of the Operations Manual and all other legislation covering the venue.

    If the coffee machine is intended for Hospitality, you will need to contact the venue and pay a concession fee. Please contact RAI Amsterdam for more information. If the coffee machine is for Sampling purposes (you are a coffee company offering samples to visitors) and you intend to keep to SAMPLE sizes, you will not be charged. However, if you wish to serve FULL SIZE cups of coffee you must pay the concession fee. Please contact RAI Amsterdam for more information.

    Any stand offering food and/or drink is by law categorised as a food premises and must therefore comply with all relevant legislative controls. This applies even if food/drink is being sampled. Exhibitors are NOT permitted to sell their products from the stand. All stand staff must observe and adhere to the Food Hygiene Regulations in the Food Safety & Sampling section of the Operations Zone. If you are sampling temperature controlled and/ or meat or fish products, you must complete a HACCP and send a copy to the organisers. This sampling activity must be included in your Show Risk Assessment and covered in your HACCP. This should detail in particular the control and monitoring of the preparation, storage and serving of foods. Please make sure that your stand staff are full briefed governing food safety and hygiene. Failure to comply with the above and completing this form correctly will result in the Organisers being forced to take action and likely to result in closure of your stand serving samples. Please list all food and drinks to be provided/sampled on your stand below:

    We will comply with the AEV eGuide at all times and are aware that the acceptable sampling sizes for drinks are specified in the eGuide are:

    Type of Drinks Maximum Sample Size
    Soft and hot drinks 50ml
    Beers/ciders or similar 50ml
    Wine/fortified wines/champagne/alcopops and similar 25ml
    Spirits and similar 5ml

    Copy of the declaration

    Sanitising hand-wipes or anti-bacterial hang gel

    Anti-bacterial cleaner and/or sanitiser (BS EN 1276 BS EN 13697 compliant)
