Futsal Individual Registration

Futsal (Tulsa & OKC) Season runs in eight week segments.

The first session is free! If you are interested in continung then your 8 weeks package begins every 8 weeks there will be a new league to participate on a SSA Resident team

Individual Registration: Select your preferred option from the dropdown menu and then choose the "SSA Individual Registration" team. SSA will create teams based on the number of individual registrations. If you have specific players you'd like to team up with, please mention their names in the comments section. If there aren’t enough registrations for your age group, we will share your information with registered teams and either transfer your payment to the team that picks you up or offer a refund. Online Registration Notice: To register a team, complete the online registration form and pay a mandatory, non-refundable $200 deposit to secure your spot on the schedule. (No deposit, no play.) The remaining balance, along with your online roster and waivers, is due one week before your first game. A $50 late fee will apply if your balance remains unpaid after the first game.

Please include any scheduling requests/conflicts in the comments at registration, as no changes will be accepted.

the Gym Time Hoops events tournaments, along with all related activities.

In case of an emergency, I give the representatives of Gym Time Hoops and, permission to seek

medical attention deemed necessary for my players, while they are participating in the Gym Time

than those covered by the event's Liability and Health Insurance Policy.
