I take full responsibility for myself and my actions. ON BEHALF OF THE ABOVE EVENT, I expressly waive, release and discharge any and all facilitators at this said event from any and all LIABILITY. I will not hold the owner, Ron Vogl, or anyone involved with The Mystic Edge Garden ("MEG"), 17815 Erwin st. Encino, CA, accountable for any injuries, damage issues, or accidents that occur at said property. I certify that my participation in today's event is entirely voluntary and I am aware of any risk. I will follow any rules stated, for my own safety.
I certify that I will be respectful of this property. I will be careful not to break anything when exploring the MEG. If anything is broken it will be compensated for on behalf of the property owner Ron. By signing below you acknowledge that you will be respectful of this space. If you are found being disrespectful or in danger to others you may be asked to leave the property.
I am aware of the dangers of attending this event on this particular date. I promise not to hold the company, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves the company of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before to, during, or after the activity.
I will do all in my power to obey staff and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.

NO ONE is permitted into any of our animals sanctuary’s/enclosures without assistance. If the animals are out and about it is okay to pet them but do not put your hands near their mouth. Please be kind and respectful to the animals and plants.
DO NOT enter any bedrooms inside of the home without assistance.
DO NOT touch art or metal. They are old and fragile artifacts that have sentimental meaning. Leave as is. If you are curious about any art please ask we are glad to share.
