  • In order to help me streamline the booking process, please fill out all the requested information. 

    If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help.

     

    **You MUST include a picture of the area getting tattooed and circle the size/placement of the requested tattoo.  I cannot give you a quote or schedule you without that**

    Once submitted, I will respond via text within a week.

    *I do not accept photo realism or large-scale color projects*

    *Please note that all deposits are non-refundable*

  • ARE YOU OVER 18? (I will tattoo minors 16+ with parental consent... parent must be present)
  • HAVE YOU BEEN TATTOOED BY ME BEFORE?

  • If there is a cover-up involved, please take two well-lit photos of the tattoo that you would like covered (a closeup so I can see details and farther away so I can judge size). Also please note how old the tattoo is in the description box.

  • A Few Things to Note:

    -I am booking 4-7 months out depending on the size of the project.

    -Doublecheck that your phone number is correct.  I will message you there to finalize your booking. 

    -Young children are NOT allowed in the tattoo room

    -I cannot tattoo anyone on blood thinners!
