I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely and the information I provided is accurate and that any changes or corrections to name spellings may incur additional costs. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable (Unless the minimum tour numbers are not met) I acknowledge that cancellation penalties will apply depending on the cancel date. I have read the itinerary and agree to the full terms and conditions. I understand it is a requirement of the tour to have adequate comprehensive travel insurance. I understand that if my room-mate cancels, my tour cost may change, unless a suitable replacement can be found. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date and any changes required if information given is incorrect can incur supplier change / administration fees.
