My data will be deleted if there is no further treatment at the ELZA Institute. I am aware that this represents an evaluation of medical data and not a final ophthalmological assessment. There is no entitlement to treatment.

Please note that your payment is a deposit for the in-person consultation. The final costs may be higher, depending on additional examinations that might be required. These additional costs must be paid on-site (credit card, cash).
