Please note that this form does not indicate the actual availability of spaces in particular workshop groups.

For up-to-date information on specific genre and faculty openings, and to reserve your spot, please email Ellen Lesser, Conference Director (pgconference@vcfa.edu). To avoid complications or disappointment, we ask that you take this step BEFORE completing the registration form.

Once you complete the form, you will receive an automatically generated registration summary. This does not constitute a confirmation of your specific group placement. You will be notified of your workshop and faculty assignment by the PWC staff as part of your official letter of confirmation and welcome, which you can expect by email within a week of your registration.

On-Campus Housing & Meal Plan

We’re pleased to offer the improved amenities at Champlain College for our 2025 Conference week. The rooms are comfortable, modern dormitory-style singles, with shared bathrooms. Champlain’s dining hall provides a high-quality food-service experience, complete with multiple entrée stations and a fresh salad bar, catering to different tastes as well as dietary preferences and/or restrictions. Most attendees opt for on-campus accommodations and dining for the convenience and camaraderie. Burlington also has plentiful, nearby off-campus lodging and dining available.
