  • Communications & Marketing Committee

    The Communications and Marketing Committee has the primary purpose of enhancing  Media NB’s role as a central hub for the media industry in New Brunswick. This includes developing effective communication strategies, identifying and addressing industry needs, and building a comprehensive resource center.
  • Advocacy and Government Relations Committee

    The Advocacy and Government Relations Committee champions the interests of the media industry by engaging with policymakers to secure increased government support and the development of reliable, industry-responsive programs. Through strategic advocacy, the committee works to ensure policies and funding initiatives align with the evolving needs of the sector, fostering a thriving and sustainable media landscape.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility Committee

    The DEIA Committee has the primary purpose of promoting diversity, ensuring equity, and fostering inclusion within the media industry. This involves advocating for fair opportunities, providing education and resources, and creating a supportive environment where all individuals feel valued and respected. 
  • Industry Development and Training Committee

    The Industry Development and Training Committee has the primary purpose of enhancing the professional development and career growth opportunities for Media NB members by providing access to training resources, valuable industry insights, and strategic partnerships.  
  • Governance and Nominations Committee

    The Governance and Nominations Committee is responsible for overseeing the governance framework of the organization and ensuring the Board’s composition aligns with its strategic needs. This includes monitoring governance best practices, recommending governance policies, and managing the nomination process for Board members and key leadership roles.
