Registration Notes
- Google Folders will be shared with each director soon after they submit their registration. All music must be uploaded to the Google Folders by February 14th, 2025.
- We do anticipate having to close registration early due to capacity. Please be aware that registration for VRDC 2025 may close prior to the January 27th, 2025 deadline.
- Solo/Duet routines have a time limit of 2:30. All routines that surpass 2:35 in total will be deducted points off their total score.
Please indicate any information that would be helpful to us when we are building the schedule. Such as transportation time restraints, sharing dancers with other teams competing in VRDC, etc…

NOTE: If you decide not to attend the award ceremony, there will be a $50 mailing/shipping fee for your awards and scoresheets if you are unable to pick up these up from Vista Ridge in the week following VRDC.
ONLY THE HIGHEST-SCORING PRIVATE AND PUBLIC TEAM ROUTINES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO PERFORM AT THE AWARD CEREMONY OF VRDC. Solos, Duets, Ensembles, and Officer Routines are not eligible to perform.
