HOW IT WORKS:

- Fill in all required information accurately
- Submit your form [The more specific you are, the better we can bring your vision to life]
- Shortly after, you will receive an invoice via email where you will be able to check out and pay for your order on our website
- Once payment is received, we will start working on your order!
- If we haven't received your payment within a week, your submission will be deleted

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Each piece is completely handcrafted and handmade. Items may slightly vary from the pictures shown and there might be dimension differences due to tightness of stitches.
- All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. If there is any damage to your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and include a photo/video. We will do our best to help out.
- For our international customers, we are not liable for any taxes and import fees.
