    Check-In, Credentials, and Transportation:

    • Your event credentials will be available at hotel check-in.
    • Shuttle service available for $50 for the weekend. See below.

    Special Events & Amenities:

    • Free Wednesday party (details TBD).
    • Discounts at Jeffersonville area shops and restaurants.
    • Pets welcome at $50 for 1-4 night stay; $75 for a 5+ night stay; 2 pets max; dog or cat only per stay. Call hotel for details and confirmation.
    • Late night jams and singalongs (at Comfort Inn and Sheraton) included with Ultimate Ticket To Ride purchase.

    Additional Optional Experiences and Suggestions for Purchase:

    • Meet special guest former Beatle, Pete Best on Thursday, May 22.
      Cost: $75, but $50 for all registered hotel guests hotel guests!
    • Please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and ours (estimate $100 premium to cover a $2,000 weekend)

    Note: Candlewood does not serve breakfast, but all rooms have a kitchen and there is a great snack bar in the lobby. Lots of grocery stores nearby to stock up on milk, cereal, eggs, and coffee.

    Abbey Road On The River (AROTR, LLC) is a third party contracted with Candlewood Suites for room inventory from May 20-28, 2025.
