  • Born and Raised is a 400 acre outdoor venue located outside of Pryor Oklahoma owned and operated by Pryor Creek Music Festivals. Our physical address is 1421 W 450 Rd, Pryor, OK. 74361.

  • Power Requirements - Electrical Need (Amps, Volts, Phase) Booth spaces are provided (single phase power). The festival reserves the right to have any exhibitor discontinue use of any equipment that may interfere with electrical distribution.
    **Please note, no electric broilers or electric cooking equipment. All cooking equipment should be compressed gas-fueled equipment.

    Fire suppression systems are now required to be installed in all food vending trucks/concession trailers per the Oklahoma State Fire Marshall.

    Special electrical connections, such as Cam-locks-Total electrical needs for your space: Electricity (single phase).

    Your food vendor space will include 1-50amp 240 volt single phase service and 1 - 20amp 120 Volt outlet. All power cords must be like new/good shape and the proper gauge for the load. Any extra power needs must be requested in advance of the show. There will be a $25.00 fee for all additional 120 Volt outlets. Make sure to include any support appliances requiring 120Volt!

  • Please read the application carefully and complete it in its' entirety to apply as a Food exhibitor for Born and Raised 2026. Each exhibitor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) of no less than $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. All applications will be reviewed and a determination will be emailed to all applicants. 
    Applications will not be accepted with out a completed signed and dated  W-9.
     

    INSURANCE SPECIFICATIONS FOR VENDORS/EXHIBITORS 

     1.  Commercial general liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, including a waiver of subrogation. 
    2.  If applicable, workers’ compensation insurance with statutory benefits as required by any state or federal law and employer liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000, including a waiver of subrogation.
    3.  If applicable, business auto liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 for each accident.
    4.  The insurance required hereunder shall be considered primary and non-contributory insurance and all insurance carried by Pryor Creek Music Festivals, LLC, Mayes Country Fun, its agents, employees, and the parties for which it is operating shall be considered secondary in relation thereto.

    Main stage area pricing:
    10' of Frontage space: $2,050.00
    20' of Frontage space: $3,500.00
    Frontage space over 20’: $155.00 per foot of Frontage space

    Optional Add On: Pre-Party (Limited Availability) – Set up early and be open during the preparty the night before and opens earlier each day.
    10' of Frontage space: Additional $500.00
    20' of Frontage space: Additional $1,000.00
    Frontage space over 20’: Additional $50.00 per foot of Frontage space

    Campground Only:
    Self contained: $1,500.00
    Requires power: $2000.00

    Payment Schedule:

    These are flat fees, we are not doing a percentage of your sales!

    50% of payment is due with your signed agreement.

    Agreement and payment are due 15 days after sent.

     

    You are welcome to display your food products, displays and signage inside of your food structure. In order to provide a pleasant experience; products, displays and signage will not be allowed to be hung on the outside of any tent/food structure, extend beyond your space, or be hung on wood facades. 

    Partial list of disallowed products to be exhibited or sold (subject to change): -Unlicensed merchandise -Performing artist merchandise -Trade marked festival branded merchandise baring festival name or likeness -Food or beverage products that may be consumed without approval from the festival (which requires exhibitor to apply as a food exhibitor). -Alcohol -Tobacco products -E-Cigs / Vape -Drugs (including over-the-counter), supplements, vitamins. -Drug paraphernalia -Bottles, glass containers or cans.

     *ALL APPROVED VENDORS/EXHIBITORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
    1) Review and sign a standard Born and Raised exhibitor agreement within 10 days of being approved.
    2) Follow COVID health & safety plan to protect Your workers as well as festival attendees.
    3) Provide a certificate of insurance (COI) meeting the requirements by due date of the deposit. ($1 million each occurrence/$2 million aggregate)
    4) Adhere to the payment schedule.
    5) Adhere to all State, City and local laws and guidelines.
    6) Adhere to all festival rules and regulations provided with the agreement.
    7) Obtain all necessary permits to exhibit / sell food.
    8) Refrain from cooking, preparing or offering for retail sale, any meat from any other state other than the State of Oklahoma.
    9) provide a completed signed and dated W-9. Applications will not be accepted without this.
