The University of Arizona's Freedom Center brings graduate-level students the opportunity to earn real-world public policy research experience. As a Legislative Fellow for an Arizona State Legislator, you will support a member of the Arizona Legislature by providing research assistance, tracking legislation, summarizing bills, monitoring committee meetings and assisting with constituent services, among other tasks in the policy-making process.
Requirements and Considerations
- Graduate-level students only
- Must be available to meet with Legislator once a week
- Must be able to commit 10-15 hours per week
- 2026 Legislative Session begins January 10, 2026 and will last most of the Spring Semester.
