  • To prepare for a management training series beginning in January, we want to ensure the topics we focus on are directly aligned with both personal and organizational growth areas that matter most to our staff. We believe that the best way to do this is by asking you, our team, to share your insights through this survey.

    The goal of this survey is twofold:

    Personal Growth: We’d love to know the areas where you feel you’d like to grow personally, whether that’s improving your leadership skills, better work-life balance, or other professional development goals.
    Organizational Improvement: We’re also interested in understanding which aspects of the organization you think need improvement, such as communication, teamwork, or systems and processes.


    Your feedback will be instrumental in shaping a management training series that is not only relevant but also impactful. By focusing on the areas that are most important to you, we aim to prioritize the development of leadership strategies that enhance both individual and team performance, fostering a stronger and more supportive work environment.
