Donation requests are reviewed monthly and must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the day your organization needs the item.
To be considered for a donation, please read the requirements and agreement below, then fill out our Donation Request Form.
Requirements:
- Organization must be located in the Greater Madison area (Madison, Fitchburg, Middleton, Monona, Stoughton, Sun Prairie, and Verona) or the city of Milwaukee
- All requests must be made by completing and submitting the online Donation Request Form at least 8 weeks prior to the day your organization requires the donation. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
- Organizations making requests must be nondiscriminatory. Any form of discrimination based on age, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, veteran status, disability, or any other category protected by local, state, or federal law is contrary to the principles and policies of Food Fight Restaurant Group.
To maintain focus and make the greatest impact, we have arrived at the policy to decline:
- Charitable requests for individuals, including personal medical benefits
- Religious-based groups, unless they can demonstrate that services are provided to the community-at-large and funds are separated from religious purposes
- Sports teams and athletic organizations, unless there is an affiliation to one of our restaurants or a direct tie to the neighborhood of one of our restaurants
- Capital campaigns
- Political activities
By submitting this form, I agree that: All of the information provided in the Donation Request Form is completely accurate.
- My donation request complies with the requirements outlined above.
- Any social media or marketing related to the event pertaining to donations or sponsors will mention Food Fight or the specific restaurant.
- If the donation is provided with digital or physical marketing collateral, it will be displayed with the donation.
