15U – Must be no older than 15 years of age on June 1, 2025. Must be able to demonstrate age with a valid picture ID. (Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, etc).

18U – Must be no older than 18 years of age on June 1, 2025. Must be able to demonstrate age with a valid picture ID (Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, School ID, etc) and Academic Grade with Most Recent Report Card.

SENIORS ONLY – Must be in High School and no older than 19 years of age on June 1, 2025. Must be able to demonstrate age with a valid picture ID. (Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, School ID, etc).

COOK BOYZ 5v5 – Must be no older than 18 years of age on June 1, 2025. Must be able to demonstrate age with a valid picture ID (Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, School ID, etc) and Academic Grade with Most Recent Report Card.

I/We accept and acknowledge that Team STATIC Youth Organization awards no refunds on our 2025 7v7 Try-out registration. If event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, registration cost will be credited to future event. If an athlete displays any covid symptoms, that athlete will not be allowed to enter the event facilities and will receive a Team STATIC event credit to be used at a future event.
