Your application will be accepted ONLY if one of the following is true:

1. You have been accepted into the FOOSA Philharmonic program and you have paid your registration fee.

2. FOOSA already has the score and parts for the piece you plan to perform (we will check, but with unusual pieces, highly unlikely)

3. The score and parts are available on IMSLP (please verify--piano scores do not count)

4. You own the score and parts and will be bringing them with you

We will be in touch if your piece is not acceptable. You will then have the opportunity to choose one that is more appropriate.
