Softball NSW Director Code of Conduct statement
DIRECTORS of Softball NSW Inc. (SNSW) will:

1.       At all times conduct themselves with courtesy and respect of others.

2.      Act in good faith always.

3.      Exercise due care and diligence in all matters.

4.      Meet Softball NSW's federal and state statutory obligations.

5.      Always conduct themselves independently and free from undue influence.

6.      Not act independently of Softball NSW without the consent of the Board.

7.      Not engage in salacious gossip or rumors that are detrimental to the ongoing work of SNSW, the Board or SNSW Staff.

8.      Not make comments in relation to team selections or appointments of coaches and officials.

9.      Participate fully and constructively and collaboratively in the deliberations and decisions of the Board and communicate openly to achieve Softball NSW goals.

10.    Sign the Conflict of Interest Register if a conflict of interest arises.

11.    Adhere to the Softball NSW Board Confidentiality Policy and sign the Softball NSW Director's Confidentiality Agreement.

12.    Adhere to the Softball Australia Limited / Softball NSW Code of Conduct (Administrator and General).

13.    Adhere to the Softball Australia Limited / Softball NSW Privacy Policy.

14.    Undertake all roles and responsibilities as assigned and attend all specified meetings and major Softball NSW events.
