Low Enrollment & Class Cancellation: OCAF reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. If a class is canceled, students are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: Tuition is refundable for all classes, workshops & camps, minus a 30% processing fee. Students (or parents) are responsible for notifying the OCAF staff if they wish to drop a class, workshop or camp. To receive a refund, notifications must be made at least one week in advance for regular classes & workshops (unless otherwise noted) and 3 weeks in advance for Summer Camps. If a class, workshop or camp is dropped after the deadline, no refund will be given (exceptions will be made for documented medical reasons with a physician’s note).
Pro-rating: It is OCAF's policy that class, workshop & camp tuitions will not be pro-rated.
Unclaimed Materials and Artwork: Any personal artwork or art related materials left at OCAF over 30 days from the end of classes (without making arrangements with the OCAF staff) will become property of OCAF or may be disposed of.
Student Responsibilities: All students and participants at the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation are responsible for exercising behavior which is consistent with the aims of the instructor or open studio sessions that ensures a good learning environment for everyone. Students or participants that repeatedly exercise disruptive behavior that runs counter to these aims will be asked to leave the class. Chronic disruptive behavior or noncompliance with stated requirements of the instructor or open studio rules of conduct will result in expulsion from the class/workshop or open studio program and no refunds will be issued.
