CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW POLICY. *All cancellations must be made via telephone. If calling outside business hours, please leave a message and the date and time will be recorded. Cancellations made via social media will not be accepted*To best serve our clients and our artists, we require a minimum 48hrs notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. If calling outside of our scheduled business hours, please leave a voicemail. The date and time of your call will be recorded.Cancellations/Rescheduling on short notice prohibit our artists from being able to protect their time and accommodate clients on our waiting list. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than a 48hrs notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment value.No shows and day of appointment cancellations/rescheduling will be charged 100% of the booked appointment value.Repetitive cancellations, rescheduling or no shows may result in inability to schedule with Bee Kind Studio. In the event of frequent rescheduling, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments.
